PC Players?
Newbie here. Is everyone playing through Steam a pc player or can you use a handheld ps5 style controller too? I have been only playing online here for two weeks but I noticed that most players are showing as handheld controllers. Not many pcers.

For some reason swing time on mouse dose not work for multiplayer... Some times it works most times it will shank you at the worst time... Even use external mouse aps/macros do not work cause the inconsistent game swing timing... You can turn it off when you host a game or in a society you create..
Good luck finding games with it off cause most do use controllers for the swing timing has no effect with game controllers cause the springs in the controllers will downswing for you... Therefore making swing timing a useless setting in the game.. They should just remove it

You can use a controller but steam is pc, the handheld icon means they are on console.

Not true. Im a mouse player and ive NO issue with timing. Lot of my friends play with mouse and they have no issue either. The issue is his pc and between his screen and his chair. Ive already told him that but is still in denial. Go play perfect golf man LOL.

I think those controllers have springs in them so swing timing has no effect on them unlike the mouse and they pretty much made the game for controllers not mice

I play with keyboard and mouse. Tried controller once and didn’t like it much. My one friend plays with controller and my other friend plays with keyboard except uses 3-click.

We have close games but I still feel as though they’ve got it a bit easier than me. No one got time to push a mouse lol. 😒
I have been playing PC games for over 20 years now and hardly used a controller for any games but for this game me and my friends do use a controller, when we all first started playing we all started on mouse and keyboard but we swapped to a game-pad and all agree not only does it make the game easier but more enjoyable, we all also swapped over to 3-click when that became available.

I would dare say the majority of players do use a controller of some kind.

Mouse and keyboard. For the win! Here is a hint that will help you. Lock your FPS! because different FPS will effect your timing. Like if you get 140FPS on one shot then another shot is like 160fps the timing is different

So true...even with poor PC...I7/1080 locking it at 60 works well.
