Loyalty Bundle

Maybe this is some kind of April Fool's joke, but I see a loyalty bundle on this game in the store for $0.00 but when I try to add it to my cart, it puts -$70.00 as the total and won't let me check out. Any clue what is going on?

This post has some info, but no resolution as yet. I suggest putting a ticket into 2K support even though it may not be fixed before sale ends.

I had contacted 2K support at the beginning of the sale as I wanted to buy at the insane 99% discount, but also had that negative pricing in the shopping cart. They replied that they couldn't find anything wrong. I wrote that I imagine it's because of the way the loyalty discount is combined with the Autumn Sale discount, but they didn't reply until the sale was over. Now that the sale is over, this is the response I received:

"I would like to inform you that this issue was caused by two sales (the Steam Sale and the Loyalty Bundle) occurring simultaneously. Since the Steam Sale has now ended, you should be able to purchase the game at the loyalty price."

So there was no intention to give an additional discount on the 85%.

The game is on sale now again and they fixed it now in the way that the loyalty bundle remains 85%. But keep in mind when buying the loyalty bundle you will get the same as when buying the "deluxe edition". And that one is actually cheaper on sale than the loyalty bundle. Or just get the base game on sale even cheaper.

Not gonna make an issue of it, but if something gets advertised for a certain price, as a company, they should honor that. Their explanation about the sale ending and now being able to buy it at the loyalty price is kind of them saying, hey now that the steam sale is over, you can go ahead and forget about that whole 99% off mistake we made. lol
