I have the 2K21, is it worth buying the 2K23?

I have the 2K21, is it worth buying the 2K23?

Has 2K23 been improved enough (graphics, gameplay, career mode, other game modes, Online, etc.) to be tempted to buy the game?

I'm not interested in 3-click at all, has the gameplay been greatly improved?

The AI has ruined it for me. Sometimes it doesn't matter if you hit a perfect, a fast or a slow, the AI determines whether you go into the water according to your current score. I played the same course 20 times in succession and it definitely has a bearing when you arrive at a particular hole what your score is. the old games were just a matter of mastering the mechanics. This one decides whether it likes your hard earned score or not, then acts accordingly..

I've always thought (without any proof) that there IS a random miss in the game. And if water is involved even more so.

i have TGC2019 and PGA2K21, worth getting this or EA PGA on a sale?

For me 2k21 is still the best, even though I bought both pga 2k23 and ea sport pga 2023. For different reasons I still prefer the 2k21 much more than these two more recent ones.

This game on sale is surely worth it. IMHO it was worth it when I bought it at full price.
IMHO It's almost as good as EA Sports Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2008. ( mostly camera issues & Golfers looks that need to be upgraded. ). Otherwise I love it.

Depends. If you like playing online, probably not. The swing timing might be the most inconsistent thing i've seen in any video game. and to make up for the absolute dogwater inconsistent timing, just buy some OP balls!

I can't agree with you more Richard. 2k23 has got more holes in it than a piece of Swiss Cheese. Let us also keep in mind that both the 2k21 & 2k23 platforms are golf games and not golf simulations. The actual golf physics in both games leave a lot to be desired and would not satisfy people who have a true understanding of the sort of golf. My main beef with both platforms is that you as the player have little control within the game itself. I bought the deluxe edition of 2k21 for about fifteen bucks a couple of years ago. I felt that a lot of the excellent course designs created by the community were at least worth that. It is the only reason I play this game, I love a lot of the courses that are featured. If you can get the 2k23 game for what I paid for the 2k21, you can't go wrong. Keep in mind that the computer you are downloading it on will be able to handle what the 2k23 platform will throw at it. If you don't have somewhat upgraded hardware, you might run into issues during game play.
