Lost All Settings -- Not My Fault

I have lost all my settings through no fault of my own. This of course included my fittings which have disappeared. Do I have any recourse?

No. Just a guess that it may have occurred during a Steam update but really a mystery.

This have happened to me as well, almost had every club custom fit and now I had to start the grind again. Don't know what caused it

Question did you play on a different machine? Because that's what happen to me, I went from Desktop to my Laptop and my laptop had none of my fittings that were on my desktop.
If that is the case then it can be fixed.

If this was to be the case: When you use a different computer - Steam will see a different IP Address & you then need to acknowledge to it that your on a new Computer & it will send you a code to enter & then your saved games will show up and work.

Nope, only one machine. But your replies made me think of another "possible" reason. I may have forgotten to turn off my VPN. Not sure if that may have caused it.

I don't use VPN's anymore - you don't need to hide - especially since it's no longer a big deal if your hiding because of what your downloading.

Upon reaching level 50 today the game glitched. My entire was character was reset.
It's appearance, it's clothes and nationality. My skill build was reset. My clubs were reset.
Most importantly, like everyone on this thread, ALL my club fittings were removed.
Fittings that I applied via via two in game purchases for VC within the last 48 hours.
