FIX THE STUTTERING

Once in a while on almost every hole, I get a stutter. It seems like it's every time the game "calculates" it stutters. This can happen when the ball is in the air, landed or in the backswing. When it happens in the backswing, it's unplayable. Tried to uninstall and re-install. Doesn't help. The update patch did nothing either.

I decreased detail levels until I got a constant 60 fps. Game still looks good but is now playable.

I have gotten this since the last major patch update ,
I also use Y a lot to fast forward the game when playing and that makes it even more noticeable,
Your "Calculate" comment is a fair assessment and I get it a lot while putting.

Ok update, I was able to get my fps down to 58 fps using nvidia control panel and lowered settings and I just played 2 rounds, much improved although far from perfect, graphics obviously take some hit and not happy with my top end pc that I can't play with everything on ultra but at least know my swing is smoother and hence I'm getting more perfects then before.

I removed the vsync and I put the shadow detail at high and the rest is ultra and I just found the right calibration for the swing so if you are not on the perfect swing but at least the cursor is not going nuts like pass the center to much and stay inside the limit so you can be able to have a decent shot in overall if those hints help good for you thank you

I have my framerate limited to 60 FPS and have absolutely no stuttering.

This happens no matter what your graphics card is and what quality of graphics the game is set at
It's not something that happens frequently, about once every time you open the game, at least for me. It's simply something that is unavoidable, akin to No Man's Sky's stutter when you leave a planet's atmosphere

Anyway I've messed around and while not perfect it's far better then previously.

My stuttering is fixed with this the latest patch and I am playing back on ultra with a solid 144 fps.

just played a round after patch zero stutter for me playing on 3070 epic settings so far so good i have v sync off but when i put to 360hrtz for my screen still the same

Played a few rounds after installing the patch. No stuttering so far. I'm happy. Might just recommend the game now, if it keeps up.

Its a problem that persists since the last game. HB is pretty much unable to fix it.

This must be a diff form of stuttering to the one that I had?
Mine was any place any time, basically a poorly optimised game,
Mine is gone from what I can tell so the one that some one else complained about must be minor if I haven;t noticed it?
