Lagging in the game??
I wonder if there are any users who suffer from liver failure during game play.
The specifications required by the game are much better, but I don't understand the game lag.
If you have experienced the same symptoms as me or have solved them, I ask for your help.

Tweak your graphic settings

In-game graphics settings and NVIDIA control panel settings are not improving.
Same frame drop on desktop and gaming laptops…..
Can you tell me the graphic setting tips that you set?
Computer specifications that I use

Desktop
I9-12900K
DDR5 32GB
ASUS RTX3090 STRIX
Windows 11

Laptop
I7-12700H
DDR4 32GB
RTX3070TI
Windows 11

It's totally over spec than the game requires...… Frame Drops Created
Symptoms not seen in previous PGA TOUR 2K21.
Other high-end games are also playing without any problems
Even if we contact the 2K customer center, we cannot provide a clear solution
If there is a user who has experienced the same symptoms as me and has solved them, I desperately ask for your help.

Game most jerky when the ball traveling down the fairway but tbh its jerky at any moment.
It isn't jerky non stop just about once per hole but enough to be annoying.

I've tried a lot to fix it including testing with basic low settings, updating drivers and other St uff from websites.

I'm fairly sure it's 2ks end (HB)
I thought the last big patch recently would fix it but no.

[Voiceover] Right.
Since the previous update, there have been issues with game stall and infinite loading…. This part was resolved by this update.
However, I have consistently raised the symptoms of infinite loading and frame drop in 2K..... The Prime Drop symptoms haven't been resolved.....
I'm really disappointed.
The previous 2K21 game was well optimized, but I think 2K23 is not optimized.

Hopefully the above settings will help your game run more smoothly. Just remember it’s the Unity engine and it’s never going to be perfect. This game is so dependent on 2K’s servers. I can be in the middle of a swing and actually have the game glitch a frame and entirely mess up my swing. Hopefully they will iron out the bugs with this version.

My monitor is 144 and my v-sync is only 72 or 144.
I changed my review to a thumbs down.

if you have nvida control panel, you can go in and add pga tour 2k23 to apps, then program, open scroll down to max frame rate and set to other number ie 92 then hit apply...in game turn off vsync and now will be set to whatever fps you manually set at.
My monitor is same and i have different fps from the standard 72,144 with vsync on.

Well I tried everything the last 2 days so I reverted back to all defaults and to add the icing on the cake I uninstalled and now I am in the process of d/l it again while I cook and eat.

But what I will say is I am sure my game ran better b4 the last update or two!!!

JANER of PUNK ROCK, I hope you get it straightened out. I have my game running pretty smoothly. My specs are above, I use a Sony 65" OLED TV for my monitor and it is 120Hz. I run the game at 60 FPS @ 60Hz not 120 FPS @ 120Hz. I do that to try and get a good swing tempo which is impossible so far. I believe my Elite 2 controller is to blame. The polling rate is awful. Switching to a Thrustmaster eSwap X Pro or Sony Dualsense.

Thank you so much.
Thank you once again for your interest and advice on my concerns.
I'll have to go home and do a test after work.
