I am on the very first puzzle and I am absolutely stuck, and feeling very stupid. I could only get the box to register the click to let me unpack twice, and now clicking on fossils to make connections doesn't work either. It's got to be something I'm doing or more people would have complained, so any ideas? I can pick up and drag things, but otherwise nothing....

My >100hr save file has been lost or is not being accessed by the game. Nothing about the steam cloud appeared prior to this. I just launched the game normally and instead of my normal save file it was a new game save. I have a backup of my drive which might contain a version of my save file from ~4months back so if I knew the save location I might be able to recover a old version of my save even if it has been overwritten on the drive in my computer....

I absolutely love this game, however today it started crashing before it could start. I see the games logo with a red exclamation mark next to it. What can I do to fix it?

the game plays quite nicely on the steam deck but i can't work out how to rotate trilobites. anyone been able to figure out how to? cheers :)
