There already is. It's called the inventory.

Would rather have an option of where to open it since putting stuff in the stash sucks.

Well, no. When you buy a backpack there's an "open bag" shortcut in inventory, but it is marked with an "?", and "?" doesn't open it, and you can't rebind that function in keybinds, so I guess it's a bug.
