Today, we take our first step: the first public Tech Demo of Suburban Manager is officially live.

This serves as both the debut of our core gameplay framework and an earnest technical test. In this Demo, we have opened up the primary underlying mechanics for your evaluation:

• Unbound Starting Capital: We have removed the traditional "level-locks" and forced tutorial choke points found in typical management games. The boundaries of your financial liquidity are entirely yours to define. You will need to assess risks independently and find the optimal balance between operational survival and expansion.

• Multi-Dimensional Foot Traffic Algorithms: The full 3D sandbox map is far more than just a visual backdrop. Storefront rents, surrounding population density, and the impact of dynamic weather on foot traffic expectations are all governed by a comprehensive numerical model running in real-time. Any reckless location scouting will immediately manifest in your early-stage financial statements.

• Granular HR & Financial Simulation: The game introduces a realistic wage model that accurately reflects localized employment norms. As the manager, you must precisely calculate employees' "net salary" alongside the actual total labor costs borne by the business. Furthermore, you will manage logistics routes and coordinate supplier networks, navigating localized price competition to steadily stabilize and expand your regional market presence.

As an independent project built on meticulous business data, we fully understand that the soul of a simulation game lies in a rigorous logical loop and precise numerical balance.

Since this is our first public build and our team size is small, minor experience flaws, unpredicted edge cases, or hardware compatibility issues may occur under complex multi-store operations.
