It's an official recipe - This is confirmed by an unofficial but reliable route. Seen in another community I was talking about.

It simply doesn't seem to have been updated with the flavor text.

If you're reluctant, you don't have to use it, but I don't think it'll be a big problem.

The recipe for Mooncake has been added to Kourindou's misc catergory. (x5 frog coins)."
