Human village troubles

After unlocking the human village the story makes it seem like I'm supposed to go there right away. Yet if I go there I'm bombarded with rare guests who want stuff like food with cultural history and shouchu drinks. I don't have anything with the tags they want, and have no idea how to find anything that does. Am I actually not supposed to set up shop in the human village right away because I unlock the stuff they want later, or am I doing something wrong?

You'll get a Cultural tag'd food from Keine once you rank her up.

As for the Shochu, I think the only early source for it is directly asking for beverage to the girls.
No idea which girl gives what, though.


In my non expert opinion , you should talk each day to Kasen/Keine/Akyuu in the village to start slowly ranking them up while focusing your Izakaya as much as possible on the Youkai Trail to level 5 Wriggle & Chen.
Only when these two are max'd would I consider Izayaka'ing in the village.

I worry about this too. Already the middle size Izakaya can get so busy and village is huge. Must gather some courage to fight this challenge, but I'm forced out from Yokai trail already.

Although you're told you're kicked out of the yokai trail, you actually CAN keep setting up shop there. After things were going so bad in the human village I actually tried just going back to the yokai trail anyway to see what'd happen. Reimu doesn't show up to scold you for ignoring her orders other than getting the permit. In fact she showed up as a customer.

I understand missing shochu drink if you don't have it in inventory. I always buy at least some of everything that doesn't spoil so it's hard to miss drink orders. Didn't buy that vintage drink that had higher store price than selling price tho, and of course it was needed. This doesn't make much sense since who would sell drinks at lower price than bought? Yes she has bird brain but still.

Remember that this "vintage drink that had higher store price than selling price"...
1. will net slightly more cash that the shown selling price thanks to tips.
2. might be the key to get a positive spellcard whose worth might be higher than the cash loss resulting from the higher store price compared the selling price
3. is also an investment to raise a guest friendship

Yes thanks must buy those things. Like Guy Duderson was saying those cultural dishes are a problem too. People are eating my nuts like crazy and I get only like 2 every turn. Thanks for advice. Must concentrate on trail then and slowly gather bunch of those things before going back.
