DLC 1 boss help?

Can anyone explain how you're supposed to deal with the DLC 1 boss? I understand the gist of the instructions and round 1 went smoothly, but round 2 delivered me a bunch of 'fake' bosses that all ordered big alcohol and it shot the "frenzy" meter up massively.

I tried doing as you suggested and it... didn't really work out. I ended up swamped in orders requiring Mid or High alcohol and complex dishes that left no room to modify, and ran out of time at 90% satisfied...
And I assume I'll have to beat it somehow to get to the later DLC stories as well... Welp, guess I won't be buying DLC 2 and 3.

I don't really have a problem with serving the occasional high alcohol drink as long as you make sure you always get a perfect (red) rating for every single order. You may want to avoid serving the 4/5 portion ones that can't ever earn you a red rating but if you have idle cookware, I'll say just clear them away anyway, just prioritize the easier orders. If you can't remember her preferences then open your notebook often to freeze time, refer and take a breather before continuing. She will probably max out her frenzy meter once so you'll have to deal with one less cookware but you should still be able to complete the level.

For cookware, I had 2 cutting boards, 2 pots, 2 grills, 1 pan and 1 steamer. I think the board and pot are the most used cookware so I brought extras in case one gets destroyed.

from my first couple of tries a couple things that i noticed:

1. Night Sparrow Cookware is useless: you *Must* follow her order, as well as the two additional attributes. the special ability of the NSCW does not work for the boss.

2. she has a *lot* of liked attributes, even ignoring the ones that show up on the bottom, so far I have:
-Legendary -Premium -Meat
-Raw -Strength-Boosting -*Large Portion*
-Filling

its probably best to try to find a dish the has 1- (maybe) 3 ingredients that covers at least 2 of the 3 requirements. and it is a good thing if you end up filling all the slots for ingredients.

3. Waygyu Beef has meat, legendary, and premium, 3 attributes she likes, if you can fill a spot in a dish that doesn't fail with meat, that ingredient is probably your best bet.

4.as much as I usually avoid this set, you probably want to go with the Nuclear cookware set, with the eXtreme for the back up.

5. with the requirements changing every... 10%? I think? when you get close to the change point, best to only cook one thing at a time, haven't noticed if super mode stops their timers, but I have had points where it changed on me while the dish was being tossed through the air, thus leading to a punishment.

The thing that helped me the most with the fight was this: pick the cuisines with the lowest cook-times and the most wiggle room for new ingredients in order to fit the extra requirements. The biggest boon you can have is lots of time in round 3, since the boss asks for specific dishes then.

Having recently completed both the first time and rematch I found the most viable thing to do is ignore most orders with high alcohol in the last waves. Do not mess up the order by trying to give a different drink and this will fill the frenzy meter more than had you done it correctly. Keep track of how close you are to every 10% satisfaction increase as that will trigger a change in tags. During the 2nd and 3rd waves keep an eye on the drinks in orders and prioritize the ones with no to low alcohol. Pick low ingredient recipes such as tofu so you can add the needed tags as extra, make sure not to pick conflicting tags(these are mark with as black with an X) as this will result in dark matter. Don't be afraid of patient running out as the extra guests reset upon each wave increase, but do make sure to have the requested food ready if it begins to drop low. Carry the max amount of cookware as getting hit by her spell card does disable one.
