so when you decided to kill the advisor, after the end credit you meet another advisor and 3650 ended up getting cloned again? im kinda confused somebody explain

Well, spoilers (maybe add to title of topic?), but after Gman bailed on you (reference to HL Alyx, he saw that the Combine were coming to try and capture him), the Combine captured you instead (the green beam and all, just like in HL Alyx), and post credits, you see that the Advisors have been making you replay your memories of all the events (implying the events of the games are recordings of what happened), as they want to scrub 3650's mind for information on "The Elusive One" (Gman I'd assume), a process that seems painful to do (hence the "kill me already" in the "interrogation room").

... You might want to consider replaying the game, and this time, save Wilson, just a tip. And stay post-credits again for a new ending. good ending
