scar zero achievement bugged? (resolved, it was cus I used the console)

I got to him in that last stand part of the game and I still didn't get the achievement

You have to make sure to take all 5 soldiers (including Scar Zero), to the secret lab.
If any of them died or you didn't direct them all to the next room, you won't get the achievement.

This isn't quite right. I think you're thinking of the "Science Team" achievement. The Scar Zero achievement only requires that Scar Zero is freed in Chapter 2 and doesn't die after that (For the purposes of the achievement, if Scar Zero is captured by the monster it does not count as a death) If he appears in Chapter 6, you should unlock the achievement.

Have you tried looking at the troubleshooting guide's section on achievements not unlocking?

oh I understand what the issue is now, wilson disappeared halfway through the game and I had to spawn him with the console so that's why it didn't work

oh I understand what the issue is now, wilson disappeared halfway through the game and I had to spawn him with the console so that's why it didn't work :isaac:

Right - if sv_cheats 1 is turned on at any point, you can no longer earn achievements until you restart. This is so you can't get achievements with god mode or noclip.
