missing file

i cannot start the game.
i have tried everything i can think of and nothing works
the problem is with a specific file: "Oregon-Win64-Shipping.pdb"
when i attempt to open the game trough steam or schortcut i am met with an error message saying the following: "
Couldn't start
"C:\programfiles(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\HighOnLife\Oregon\Binaries\Win64\Oregon-Win64-Shipping.exe" Oregon CreateProcess() returned 2
"
the file mentioned in the error is the "Oregon-Win64-Shipping.pdb" file but in .exe format, i think.
i have tried to:
-re-instal the game several times
-restart my pc several times
-mess with the files every way i could
-tried to open the .pdb file to manually save it as exe but it wil not open
-check files for corruption
-check "integrety of game files" severall times' in this case it finds something wrong but
when i tries to update itgives a "disk write error". i've looked up how to fix this to: nothing
works.
if anyone has anny ideas as to how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated.

Hey, I had the same issue after going back to reply this game this weekend. My anti virus quarantined that file, I had to release it and create an exception, then it ran, no issues! Hope that helps

Same ongoing issue, played the game perfectly for a couple hours yesterday and can't load it today
