I've tried this 5 times now. I've gotten every item each time, it doesn't pop. This is the last achievement that I need. They need to fix this! I'm boycotting the DLC until they do. :(

Are you sure everything in the forums tab is marked as 'completed'?

If it's about the items on Zephyr, that's still a little bugged, what helped me there is this video:

Follow his steps exactly and the forum post either marks itself as completed or you have to buy that invisible volleyball. Might have to repeat 2-3 times and what also might help is to quit to menu and manualy load your game, instead of reloading last checkpoint or to continue from main menu.

I think I was experiencing the same thing you were. I did not get the achievement yet (I am working on it), but for a bit, the counter was stuck at 79 when I knew I had unlocked more forum posts than that. I saw somewhere that a user validated the game files in steam, and it worked for them. So, I did that, and after I loaded my save file (I specifically used the 'Load save' button in-game, not sure if it makes a difference or not) and moved around for a bit, the steam counter updated. Not sure if this will work for you, but hopefully it does!
