30 fps lock? won't run at 60 fps?

On a high end rig and the game has that choppy 30fps look. Tweaking in-game settings doesn't help. Is it locked at 30fps or is there some other problem with the game? Playing on Gamepass. No issues running other games at 60+ fps.

Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 3080 Video Card this my rig the game on highest settings running at avg 113 fps never gone under 100 so not sure that you actually have good system might be you think its good but probably decade old . it would help give info on set up as i see it runs great on my set up

I have had some weird issues on this game as well - playing it on a 120hz monitor and it definitely isn't hitting 120 fps. But the weird thing is in game FPS counters and Nvidia FPS counters just aren't showing up so I can't verify what it's playing at. Definitely have the specs to run it as fast as I want.

EDIT: I was messing around with the settings and when I changed the graphic settings around it started to show the FPS counter (weird). Then when I turned everything back up to max the FPS counter was still there and showing it at 120 and the game clearly ran a lot better. Not sure what is up with this game..

Same here, Laptop 3080 can only run at 30, and there are no setting to change it.
Other games are all fine except this one.
Besides, this game makes me DIZZY.
