The configuration files appear to be at
C:\Users\{yourname}\AppData\Local\Oregon\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
but weirdly many of the INI files are blank.
ah thanks. someone said on Gamepass version it's the engine.ini but there's no settings in there for the steam version. I guess I'll try inserting this somewhere
[SystemSettings]
r.MotionBlur.Max=0
r.MotionBlurQuality=0
r.DefaultFeature.MotionBlur=0
r.SceneColorFringe.Max=0
r.SceneColorFringeQuality=0
// Shaperning (optional)
r.Tonemapper.Sharpen=1.2
INPUT.INI is blank too, and that's usually where the keybind listings are kept.
I've put
[SystemSettings]
r.MotionBlur.Max=0
r.MotionBlurQuality=0
r.DefaultFeature.MotionBlur=0
r.SceneColorFringe.Max=0
r.SceneColorFringeQuality=0
r.Tonemapper.Sharpen=1.2
into both engine.ini and gameusersettings.ini and it worked, so one of them is the right place to insert this. looks much cleaner
EDIT* Set the files to read only after adding the settings and it worked. No more CA.
this worked. you guys also know how to increase FOV?
I found this in a UE4 guide -
Disable Chromatic Aberration
Using the guide below, change Engine.ini to include these lines:
[SystemSettings]
r.SceneColorFringeQuality=0
I haven't tested it yet.
Good find! I just put them in engine.ini and it's working great. The game looks SO much better without all that blurry out-of-focus crap.
Here's a guide with lots of UE4 ini settings for anyone else who wants to experiment -

During my stream I was using Unreal engine unlocker to change the FoV, however any FoV change like running, ADS, etc resets it sadly.. So would need to figure out a way to re-force it.
