The UI gets kind of janky, (the lifebar doesnt accurately show your health), but I'm currently able to play in 32:9 without black bars with a correct aspect ratio.
From Flawless Widescreen.org? Thats awesome to know, but I don't see Ninja Gaiden on the list of supported titles. Unless it's a different flawless widescreen i'm thinking about.
The same one. I've been using it for ME: Legendary Edition and yesterday an update popped up saying that there was now support for NG2S (strangely enough only 2 and not 1 and 3).
Checked it out and it worked, so I'm pretty happy, although I hope they fix the life bar in a future update.
I'll give it a shot. To my knowledge, the lifebars and UI were already pretty shoddy (blurry, and oversized) if you weren't playing on a 16:9 screen anyways. Always can hope for future improvements but i'm a bit happier now.
Thanks for bringing it to my attention. Hopefully we get native support for the collection in a future update since Nioh 2 has it.
Yeah this and higher framerate support would be nice as well.
They seem to at least be updating the game somewhat, so we can hold out some hope.
And concerning flawless widescreen, it's weird but I can't find any changelogs online. I has had support for RE8 and ME:Legendary Edition for quite a while, but I can't find that information anywhere on their site.
I think they just stopped updating the site. I'm sure it supports a lot more games than it says so they just rely on users to download the app and find out for themselves.
Higher framerates would be the dream. I don't believe that would ever happen though, at least through an official patch.
