Chapter 2 Dragon Room Glitch

A platform is supposed to lower in the room with the big dragon statue after defeating the enemies.....if memory serves correctly. For some reason this did not trigger. Did anyone else encounter this?. Currently cannot get past this

This happened to me a week ago. I had no choice but to restart my campaign since I didn't have a save file with stage 1 cleared...I don't know any other way of fixing it.

Don't you have to use the bow to shoot the orb?
Mine was lowered automatically but playing in the past I'm sure you had to utilize your bow somehow.

That was in NG2, where you had to shoot the small red and blue orb in the rooms on the side first and then the big orb. In Sigma 2 it actually should just lower autmatically.
