Best way to play this games?
So, with BLACK 2 now and 4 coming soon I want to start playing this franchise (y played DmC and PG games but neves NG).

I Heard the Σ versions are worst versions with no blood and "less stuff and problems?" but the Razor's Edge version has blood, so 3 is ok?.

So wich is the best way of play this games (mods/versions/etc), may be 1 with mods, 2 in the Black (remake) new version and Razor's Edge 3 (this game need mods?).

Thanks.

My personally opinion any version of NG1 is fine, then NG2 or NGS2 with mods or NG2B (again haven't played yet just going by the trailer), and then NG3RE.

NGS2 is the one with censored blood and gore and needs mods.

So NGS1, NGB 2 (since it looks better and S2 has censored blood) and then NG3RE.

NGS1 has blood?, Why S1 has blood and S2 no in the same collection???

Thanks!!!!!

I heard this games are dificult. In comparison with Sekiro (I love Sekiro) NG are more o less dificult?. If is something about skill, no problemo. Mi problen is with sponge enemies and super long healtbars.
Why they censored NGS2?

Official Company Answer: Art style

My theory: PS3 couldn't handle so much things on screen like Xbox 360 could, so they made blood and gore disappear into purple fairy dust when they ported it to PS3 as NGS2.

It makes sense, Bayonetta 1 suffers for this in PS3, the port is 1:1 and runs like ♥♥♥♥.

PS3 was a pain in the but to program in it.

Ninja gaiden Sigma 1 (from this compilation) is fine.
It has some things cut but also new contant, it still feels like the original game.
I haven't played NG1 Black enough but will do so, but I'm confident you can go for Sigma 1.

However Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 is horrible, avoid like the plague.
I the new NG2 Black remake is based on it but might remove the biggest flaws, I'm waiting more infos on that not sure.
Original NG2 was the best imo, but it also had some bad sequences.

Ninja Gaiden 3 isn't great, but there is only one version so...

I haven't tried it yet but there is a mod that makes NG2 Sigma more like the Black version with enemy placements and the gore/specific-dismemberment system.

@mizmuth

Thanks to both. I will check Sigma 2 mods but Black 2 looks good and the better option.

I Heard Black 2 solve problems (bugs, blood, etc, more enemies) but has less enemies than OG 2.

Ninja Gaiden Black 2 has the gore back, and it fixes the blackmith shop and weapon upgrade.

Unfortunately it seems to still have input lag delay, which was the WORSE issue of Sigma 2, that is what preoccupies me the most.

It does not have more ennemies, so no it is still a different experience from original NG2 game.

I find this about the imput lag.

May be they fix it in the future. UE5 is a pain in the ass.

Yes I commented on this thread as well.
I hope it gets fixed, input lag would make this game unplayable to me, some people have recorded 80 ms of lag oO

I donnt understand why people are so obessed with fps but not input lag.
