Congrats.
Quiet as a mouse lmao
Lol, people just work during the day. Nice accomplishment there. Like I said, respect, you certainly did better with K+M than most people will with gamepad in the first few weeks ever playing this.
Well, seems like K+M could be warranted. Perhaps it couldnt compete with the gamepad when trying harder level, but i guess those who really wanted K+M have their views validated now.
Question: what the hell is that soundtrack in Sigma? I much prefer the original. If this is something someone can mod... I would pay to have the original soundtrack.
I fully expected it, most people can't cash the checks they write so to speak. I don't know when, all I know is I had a notification from another thread that he is in and I seen that he was banned.
What i doubt horever, is if Mr. Baned Dude will be man enough to come back here and apologize instead of whining like a little ♥♥♥♥♥ which i'm sure thats what he will do :D
And yet you can play it just fine on KB+M. So whats the reason to not support it on PC again other than Koei tecmo's usual lazyness?
and who are you to say if someone will have a smoother experience with a controller and that he won't prefer KB+ M? Oh yeah: your assumptions. Assuming is easy you know? Here you go: unless you post your own videos i will assume that you're actually a worse Master Ninja difficulty player than OP on your controller who constantly dies and are not having a smooth experience at all xD
C&C3 tiberium wars
C&C 3 Kane's wrath
C&C: Red alert 3
Halo wars 1 and 2
Army men RTS
It is very much possible to play NG with m&kb. Koei just have to get up off their asses and make the control scheme for it. Actually put effort into it and add support. They refuse to do so because they are trying to spend as little amount of money as possible and because they are a old fashioned Japanese company.
In japan, barely anyone played games on pc. (that has changed recently but unfortunately companies like koei are so far in the past that they are slow to adapt to the current market. Which is also why the games are only just now being ported to begin with >_>
i played these games since childhood LOL even on keyboard i'd be better than you and OP so keep crying pork. You talk about assuming while doing the same thing but in a dumber way. Besides i didn't call OP a bad player or whatever so why are you white knighting out of nowhere? Get a grip piggy.
You started your argument using very failed logic that has been disproven in numerous other threads. There isn't really anything about that I can say to add that has been already said.
Now as for what this was and what it's intended purpose was, it was never about providing the highest skill during the playthroughs, it was about determining whether or not the game COULD play IF properly supported. The original challenge I laid down was completing Ninja Tower, in one shot, with Master Ninja rank. This alone should not have been obtainable based off arguments such as "keyboard isn't precise enough" or "analog can't be done" there was many others that you can go back and see for yourself. Getting to chapter 9 and beating Alma was added later because the people who claimed a keyboard couldn't support this type of gameplay were getting put into a corner with no way to prove their point outside of my failure.
The jankiness of my gameplay was more attributed to my lack of experience mapping keybinds, not having a fully mapped keyboard when playing, and not recalling full fight details from a game I beat when I was 12 . And not because the game wasn't accepting of a different control scheme which was the entire purpose of these videos. I posted all of these on the Ninja Gaiden reddit and ran across a user to beat every Ninja Gaiden using RPCS3 and their keybinds were so much more detailed and fluid vs what I had, it was determined that I was trying to play NGS with the button layout of that of a fps game, on a bop it toy.
So ya, proved a lot, proved a majority of the people who played this in their youth as I did severely over dramatized the complexity of this game, it proved that someone with a barebones mapped keyboard could play making the point of official keyboard support all the more justified, and it proved their are people who rather have a quality built port instead of the awful excuse that is the Master Collection.
