Anyone else having a problem with advancing through stages on the 2nd (phoramia) campaign map? I complete stage 2, hit all the rings, get a medal. and yet it doesn't advance to stage 3, and stage 3 doesn't become available to select.

I go to the controller setting and choose invert, it doesn't work. Please help
