[SOLVED] A particular cut-scene crash and reset my PC

Hello, my PC (i5 7400, 16gb RAM DDR4, AMD RX580 8GB), crashes and reset at the very same point in the game, during the cut-scene when Nick become a monster and attack Abi (i presume, because the crash happens just before the attack). I've tried disabling overlays, 2k launcher, capping at 30fps, verifying the integrity of the game files, not using joypads, running fullscreen, borderless or windowed, no changes, same crash on the same point. Anyone had a similar problem?

SOLUTION: I found a solution watching a YouTube video, the problem is that the scenes where there are the transformations make the GPU overclock at the stage 7 and in the drivers that stage is over the GPU specs, so i limited that step of 10% so at the maximun it remains in the range of the vendor specs, so the crash is gone.

Mine will always crash in chapter 8 at the same point. The only way I can get through it is if I pause, let it play for 2-3 seconds and pause again. I repeat this until the scene is through. This is the only point in the game I've had this particular issue and this is the only way I've come across to get through it.

Oh it's very strange, never happened tò me before that a game crashed my entire system in the very same point even with different settings and GPU drivers.

Tried this method but doesn't worked, in the very exact frame it happens the crash the pc keep resetting. Hope developers read this thread.

I am getting a similar issue. At the very beginning where you arrive at the quarry and go into that bunker/cellar underneath the house. The cutscene plays through and once it ended and you start moving forward my whole system crashes and I have to restart it. This is so damn annoying because I cant get over that point in the game. Until that point the game played really well.

Send in a ticket to 2K Support, that's the official way to get your issues to the developers. Go through their troubleshooting and they create a report to send.

That’s exactly what I did the last days. They suggested some attempts on how to solve it but nothing helped. Now they have said, that they can’t do any thing for me :-(

Played right thru that scene Many Times now and that has Never happened to me. So there is Nothing wrong with the game. Something up your end.

My buddy had this exact issue but on the Xbox one x weirdly enough must be an issue for all platforms
