Game has a red tint

Hey, I bought the Quarry yesterday and had no problems when I opened the game and went into the menu it was all normal but now for the fourht time I tried playling the initial cutscene is red/bright birght white and I cannot see Laura in the menu either. Is there a way to fix this? I checked if the game can run on my pc or not and I have all the minimum requirements.

Issues with graphics: screen is white and orange

I have just bought this game and immediately ran into issues. The video is only in white and orange. All I can see on screen is the faint orange outline of trees like the brightness is turned up to the maximum and it has washed basically every other colour out. The video is not running smoothly either, and is lagging behind the audio.

I'm not a very techie person so I have no clue what to do and can't seem to find any other forum posts that discuss a similar issue. Is it my settings, or just my computer? I'm using a Dell Inspiron 14 5000, and I appreciate that it's not exactly made for gaming but I haven't had any issues before with the likes of 'Life is Strange'.

Have you let the scene play out to see if your issue resolves, or do you stop it immediately?

Having the same problem- game play is red/orange and white (colours look inverted?), the menu and cutscenes are fine. Have tried adjusting from full screen to windowed, made no difference. I've seen some general advice about downgrading the driver on the graphics card, but I'm thinking it more of an issue with the game than with the computer as this is the only game I've had this issue with. Would appreciate any help anyone can offer.

There is NO "issue" with the game. Game is working just fine and I don't have any of these color "issues" you are talking about either. I've played the game thru 3 times now as well.

Your computer isn't made for gaming.

Don't compare The Quarry with 'Life is Strange'. " Life is Strange is an Old game now. The Quarry is more graphically demanding than Life is Strange.

Calm down, I'm talking about an 'issue' with how my game settings are configured, not with the game itself. This isn't a personal attack on you (or the game itself really). If you don't have something helpful to offer, just scroll on instead of being a keyboard warrior for absolutely no reason. Glad to hear that you've enjoyed the game enough to play it through three times, I'm looking forward to playing it myself if I can get the colours fixed.

My screen is completely white and red/orange during the initial cutscene and the cutscene is incredibly long. It also lags a lot. I've tried checking the integrity of the game file, switching my HDMI cable, messing with the graphics settings, updating my drivers, nothing works. This game is the only game I am having these issues with. I've ran similar games such as the Dark Pictures Anthology with no issues. My graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti and I have a Dell XPS 8940. I am attempting to uninstall and reinstall now. I will also try to sit through the whole cutscene in the beginning and see if it's just that.

I'm also having this same issue. When starting the game it's extremely laggy and a pink/white color. It stays through this the entire time and no matter what display or graphic settings I change it's still a bright pink and white color that flashes to the point I can't see anything. It's almost like an inverse color thing going on. Maybe this is because of new updates? Hopefully it gets fixed because it's stressing me out

Update: I uninstalled and reinstalled my graphics driver as well as the game and am still experiencing the issue. I tried sitting through the whole cutscene and the cartoon started playing in normal color but it was horribly laggy to the point of not being functional. I tried downloading this game on my crappy MSI Laptop that can't even get Windows 11 with a 1070 graphics card and the white and orange scene did not happen but it was still laggy. I am theorizing that it must be something to do with the hardware of my desktop or my monitor. I will test the laptop on the monitor to see. Can this game not support higher graphics cards than 2060?

Did you find a fix for this? I am also experiencing this problem.
