Steam Deck?

I am wondering if this will be steam deck compatible? It doesnt really matter all too much, Im going to remote play from my PC, its just easier if it has controller support already, less finaggaling.

Been using the Steam Deck as a Steam link to my Living room TV, would love to run this flawless day 1.

It runs but the performance is not that good. Multiple scenes where your FPS will fall into the low 20s which can lead to audio desync, no matter your settings.
Game is just very unoptimized.
But if you dont mind those few scenes the rest runs ok, around 30-40 FPS most of the time.

I get a black screen with the cassette loading icon, and then a very old fashioned Windows-style pop-up that says “Fatal Error”. Oddly, in desktop mode, it gets further and launches, but in a messed up screen resolution that’s impossible to use.

I tried bypassing the 2K launcher, but that didn’t work. Also tried Proton Experimental, and a couple of other older Proton versions. Simply couldn’t get it to launch.

Basically, avoid this on Steam Deck.

I Found your solution
The game start in full screen mode with bad res = fatal errors message

You need to put these launch arg:

-windowed -noborder
