Split Screen Mode with 2 Controllers on 1 Computer?
Hey can you please describe this mode a little bit? My wife wants this game but I hate that genre. So I need infos, how we could play together on my computer. We have 2 controllers, a 4K television and a 6800XT GPU. How to play this mode, what action can we do? Or is it just on multiplayer with 2 PCs? thank you.

This game works slightly differently to traditional co-op games. You have to share your controller amongst yourselves. So there's 8 characters to control in this game. To split it equally, you and your wife would control 4 characters each.
thx, but hmm so its not the best start for me as new horror player and my wife as new controller player? maybe chose another game? or could it make fun to us newbies?

This kind of game are great for people not used to gaming, easy control schemes, easy gameplay and really fun in a couch environment with friends or your partner.

You use one controller and pass it to your partner when is his/her character turn.
If the other player has trouble using a controller in some parts, you can keep it but let your partner decide which actions to take, or decide together; it's the perfect game genre for people not use to gaming.

You can also adjust the QTEs and button massing events in the settings to make it easier for those who aren't as familiar with controller layouts.
this sounds like a great experience, thx for your answers, I think I will show it to her and we will try that game. but wait for sale or something.

I highly recommend trying one of Supermassive Game's other shorter experiences while you wait. Their Dark Pictures Anthology games are very similar experiences and less than half the price. All 3 are on sale right now! https://store.steampowered.com/bundle/21329/The_Dark_Pictures_Triple_Pack/
Their most recent one, House Of Ashes, is my favourite, followed by Little Hope, and lastly Man Of Medan (their series got better with each new game release!).
