thats a good question huh
Supermassive Games tend to be in the horror genre, while Quantic Dream are more sci-fi themed. This type of games, I see as an alternative to watching what ever series on *put in favorite* streaming service and chill on the couch.
I love both Horror and Sci-fi, so I played them all - and I will play this one as well
To answer your question directly: Yes, this game have similar gameplay as the Dark Picture Anthology series. It is nothing is like friday the 13th, dead by daylight and the likes.
