Well I have had this since the day it got mentioned in PCGamer by Kieron Gillen. It has been on my Hard Drives across multiple PC's. This is one of the Greatest independent strategy games out there and it was a loss to the gaming community when the developer stopped making games.
I can't praise this game enough it packs a whole lot of strategy in a few hours game play, and that's one of it's many benefits as well as seamlessly integrating card mechanics by creating your own themed decks in the same format as MTG.
Then it's got the 4X of exploring, stealth mechanics where the enemy can be in the same hex and you wouldn't know. Heroes with special abilities and can command units by creating armies. Land and Air combat, Psychic attacks. Four completely different factions each having their own unique cards. I could go on and on with the intricacies of having buildings that level up, where Heroes can create special cards that can attach to units or aid in combat.

Top notch AI no cheating.

It's old, it's clunky, it's the best game I have ever owned.
