Secret Safari Bugged?

Played through NG and got all secrets, then continued to NG+ and got all 24/27 obviously because the other paths get blocked. So do i have to playthrough the game for the 3rd time?

This should be resolved in the latest patch. Enter the final boss room via the elevator to trigger the achievement. (We will be removing this requirement on the next patch).

I was stupid and thought it was still bugged because it didn't pop once i played through again and collected the secrets again, wasn't until I went to the top of the tower that it popped! Thanks!
