Blood decals on the NPCs when shot

Even the old 007 style red splat on the NPCs when they are shot would go a long way to helping the combat feel more powerful but it would be cool to see full out blood effects as well. Could be a toggle for people who dont like that stuff to turn it off.

Damn, so the game launched and still no blood! Come on! It would make combat so much more satisfying!
