Agent 64: Spies Never Die

Agent 64: Spies Never Die is Amazing. It Reminds me of Goldeneye 007 on N64
Agent 64: Species Never Die is amazing. It reminds me of Goldeneye 007 on Nintendo 64. I still have that game. Goldeneye, StarFox, and Diddy Kong Racing were the three main games I played on N64. I still have them. I played the demo a few years ago. Someone told me the full game released today, so I had to check it out. I don't know why people are expecting some Battlefield level quality. I'm an Unreal Tournament player. I don't even like the new modern shooter games like Call of Duty, Overwatch, Destiny, Apex Legends, Battlefield, etc. I like the arena style shooters like Unreal Tournament and Quake. The game is good so far.

There are a few issues. First, I can't figure out how to get the Xbox controller to work. It's too easy for me with mouse and keyboard. Secondly, I know it's based on the original Goldeneye game, but I do wish there was an option to turn off the auto-aim assist and to add a dot cursor. Third, I'm having problems with heavy lag. When I move the mouse, every movement I make lags. I already have an outdated computer (2018-2019), and I've been having bad lag problems since January 2026. However, I don't think this type of game would cause the type of lag I've been experiencing. You can visually see it in my video. I'm curious if it is a bug. I'm an animator. This game doesn't have heavy modeling polygons, texturing, surfacing, lighting, or effects. It shouldn't be lagging this much. Other than that, I like the game so far. If you didn't grow up during the era of Nintendo 64 and you were born after the year 2000, you probably won't like this game.

So permanent cursor on is one of the unlockables you can get for beating the par of the second level. You can turn off the auto-aim in options.
It feels more like Timesplitters to me. It doesn't have the tight feel of Goldeneye or Perfect Dark. Still fun. I didn't enjoy timesplitters, but I'm having fun with this.
really? u think so? what makes u think this is supposed to be like goldeneye on N64?

is it the ''64'' in the title or is it because this game is about a spy?

probably just a coincidence.
