Controls cutting out?

I've noticed a problem where the controls will just stop responding during missions. I don't know if it's the game or my wired Xbox controller. So far it lasts less than a minute but it did get me killed last night.

Try using a different cable with your controller. If that doesn't help, the usb port on your controller is probably worn out. That happened with one of my Xbox One controllers.
