Infinite Scrolling in Menu & Game

The menu scrolls through all the on-screen options automatically. I've tried two mice, and unplugged my keyboard. Nothing.

Whatever I click on works though, so I was able to start the game. Buuuut, then my character automatically looks up. It's probably an issue with my machine. But just thought I'd mention it in case this happens to anyone else or if anyone has a solution.

GoldenEye was a childhood favorite. Agent 64 looks amazing. I would love to play it.

EDIT, 3 Minutes later: *sigh* I didn't see the other thread until after I posted this. Turns out I had a 3D mouse plugged in. So I unplugged it. Buuuut, the issue persisted. Damn. So I uninstalled my 3D mouse drivers and... fixed! Unfortunate I had to uninstall the drivers, but it's a minor inconvenience.
