how do i sort this out, ive gone to the wall with the electric box it says to check the chalkboard which i did but im stuck, maybe im missing something

don't know if you still need help with this, but in the electric box there are two dials. V and A.
on the chalkboard is meant to be the equation to find out what A is. You turn the dials so the little reader thing shows those numbers.

V is 230
A is 10
