How many more videos are threre, should i wait for a fix?
Could it be the model of Deck, normal vs oled, 512/1 tera... ?
Same here, I use linux with proton so I hope when they fix it on steamdeck it will be fixed on my case as well
I have the same issue, on PC. May I suggest posting all the cutscenes on Youtube, so people with the issue can at least understand the plot while we wait for a fix?
From there get the latest GE-Proton.
Set Blue Prince's compatibility to GE-Proton.
It's well worth getting this, it fixes many other games.
Merci beaucoup !
I remember using proton on a game or 2, I might have updated it, but I can't say exactly what I did I'm sorry.
I remember doing a weird manipulation on desktop mode when I was checking a tutorial on how to play a game that was not playable normally on Deck, but I don't remember what I did. It was a specific menu with different protons and game selection. Only took a few clicks and I'm not even sure I really did anything since I was mostly checking how it looked (not trying the whole tutorial).
All in all, it's weird that the game can work with normal launch settings only on some decks.
Maybe updating proton in Desktop mode did the trick in some way.
I always make proton upgrades whether it's game mode or desktop (if there were any in Desktop, my memory is pretty fuzzy about it, sorry).
Maybe there's a bit of a "firmware" effect whete having proton updated slightly helps the linux architecture to run more (recent ?). But that's just hypothesis from my close to 0 knowledge of this.
