Wife took the kids but i won the CL with Spurs

Been playing now for 56 hours and love it apart from one thing.... too many press conferences! Seems like every other minute I'm told I'm due to go into a press meeting... so, apart from that, I'm enjoying the game. Have to confess as a 60 year old woman, I do cheat... have much fun creating a team, buying loads of top players and winning every match... so satisfying! Anyway, can't cope with the action games and find the pace of this right up my street. Have been playing since the original Championship Manager games back in the 90s so would call myself a fairly seasoned player!

As someone who has spent years of their life playing the franchise modes in Madden and NBA 2K, this is the game I've been looking for. The level of depth is absolutely unparalleled. It makes the manager modes in other games look pitiful in comparison.

I've never been a soccer fan. In fact, I'd say I actively disliked soccer in the past, which is why I've always been hesitant to try this game. I decided to give it a shot however, and I've been missing out so hard. Not only on the game (it's great though), but on the sport itself, as well.

This game has made me a soccer fan. I'm going to my first soccer game this weekend, so thanks I guess.

I'm a big fan of this series, however because I own FM21 I was not going to buy this game. What convinced me to do so was the announcement of a new feature called "Dynamic Youth Rating" which seemed to allow for a new kind of nation driven playstyle which made me very interested.

However, this feature was either a lie or at least a massive exaggeration from the part of Sports Interactive. Recently, the community has found that the youth ratings of countries will barely change at all even if the country in question is
obtaining ridiculous results. This is contrary to the announcement of the new feature made via tweet which reads:

"A HUGE change for long-term saves as the quality of youth players coming through in different nations will now change depending on that nation's standing in the world of football."

However recently Sports Interactive has announced on their forums that, regarding Youth Ratings:

"A few areas that have been mentioned by some users as potential factors do not actually enter into these calculations, for example the national team ranking or financial status of clubs in the nation."

So youth ratings do not actually change based on the nation's standing in the world of football. It honestly feels like we have been deceived into buying a game, for this reason I cannot in good faith recommend FM22.

i spent £120 million as Newcastle and i'm still only 8th in the league. 10/10 for realism
