the editor is in tools goto library, click the pulldown bar select tools its there

Why does the computer freeze when I use the game builder. Is it a bug? My computer configuration is 17-10700k+2070s. The driver version is 30.0.14.9649

I am from Hong Kong, why still show "no data base" while starting a new career? I had brought a full version before.

He is not included due to licensing reasons related to the German National Team.

Sounds like you probably need to uninstall and reinstall the game.
