It is unlikely there is a window of sale time for this game before the new 2023 comes out. Once 2023 hits, 2022 won't be available for sale moving forward due to licensing issues.

actually if you check at https://steamdb.info for the last three football manager (from fm19 to fm21) they usually had one last sale, it's around early August tho.. hopefully there is the last sale for fm22 too, just like the previous years

Yep, I'm waiting for it too.
For the last three years, the sale usually goes around mid August with 60% plus discount, but with consideration they already announce the new one.

But this time, we haven't heard about the 2023 edition yet.

For the last three years, the sale usually goes around mid August with 60% plus discount, but with consideration they already announce the new one.

But this time, we haven't heard about the 2023 edition yet.

Massive inflation together with stagflation could be the reason. Lets give another week for this so called final sale. Come on FM we're waiting.
