Finding players with model citizen, resolute and perfectionist in Romania

I'm playing a Romania save and doing very well. However, I know that my potential to do well abroad is limited by the fact that my players have all decided to be balanced personality wise. I could really use a old poor attribute player that happens to have one of those 3 powerful personality traits in order for him to mentor the new young players I have being developed. Problem is I can't find such a person. What should I do?

Also any help finding staff with youth development that have model citizen would be appreciated.

Yes, what above said ^^^^
You can turn things around by hiring HOYD with Professional personality, and then growing your own players with good personalities and the using them to mentor others. Longer process but it works.

I couldn't find a HOYD with Model Citizen in my 2nd league save.
But I got one with "Professional" and good PA ability and he gives good youth intakes. His coaching skills are horrible though, but it is worth it for the players he brings in.
