Are leadership courses worth it?

No strong leaders in my squad, will leadership courses help?

honestly not really. they dont do any physical training and gain not alot of leadership. if anything just look for someone with good leadership that you can bring in and rub off their personality. or just help with keeping people from keeping up a fuss about wanting more money. my one CB with 20 leadership would shut that down all the time

Hold your horses chief. 1 opinion is not a good sample size. Just because they start with 'honestly' does not fill me with much confidence so i hope your still looking elsewhere for info. I like to think a course wouldn't be totally useless as there are such a thing called hidden stats/attributes and these might be buffed which the above poster has no way of confirming unless they go into the editor(YUK). Combine it with mentoring and you are getting somewhere.

Tried it a few times, doesn't really work. To be fair, bit like real life - anybody ever seen someone who is not a leader go on a course and miraculously come back as one?

Sent my player with 13 leadership on 3-4 leadership courses, always looked like it would go up but never did. Could have just been the player but still odd.

What if Leadership courses meant something else. Just like some of the buttons you press without knowing what they really do. A lot of players press the buttons without a firm knowledge of tactical theory. So what if looking at a players profile is the wrong place you are looking when a leadership course is completed. I read the football manager manual and I found the answer hidden away. Read the manual you might just uncover some tips or the answer to this problem.
