Making a player unavailable for U23s

How do you make a player only available for the first team ? I have a player that i promoted to the first team , but he's available for U23s's , and i can't figure out how to make him just available for the 1st team , he keeps playing for the U23s , and is knackered for first team games

You can right click the player and it should appear there the option to uncheck, but you should look into staff responsabilities for u23 matches to avoid unfit players of the team playing with them because you most likely have that on.

Right Click > Available for U23 and you have 3 options. Check each one of them and untick it.
