cross-play settings do not match requested server

I am receiving the error code: "cross-play settings do not match requested server" and cannot join any online games. I can't find much to help resolve this issue, and not sure how to fix anyone had similar problems?

tried syncing timezone and doesn't fix anything. probably an issue that'll get fixed soon

Same issue here, we played normaly since the launh of the game and suddenly i cant join..

Yeah, same here, there is 3 of us. Host can start it up and the other manager can join but I can't. Very frustrating as just finished first season

Had the same issue. But when we connected through hamachi it fixed it.

There's a current problem with the Epic servers which run for FM across all platforms and it's being investigated with them as a priority.

Appreciate it's frustrating and hopefully we can get it resolved as quickly as possible. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

It has been 2 days now that we cannot play online with my friend.. What is going on here? Also hamachi does not work for us.. Any CLEAR explanation on how it is done?

It's not an issue from SI side as far I know.
