From the night of January 2nd to the early morning of January 3rd, I guessed that the data of players' items fluctuated due to server reasons, which showed that money was deducted for clothes purchased with currency but not received, as well as some items of egg twisting machine were not received. Offer two solutions:
1. Check your network accelerator and log back into the game.
2. Contact the developer via email. Here is the developer's email:

Please explain your problem in detail in the email and provide your account information for the developer to confirm. (Preferably bilingual, developers are currently using translators to communicate, please translate into accurate English, only for Chinese players)

Developers will not delete our items for no reason, please don't worry and don't abuse, this will not help the problem. I have also encountered this situation, and I have written an email to the developer and am waiting for a reply. Just finished dealing with the server, and I'm sure they'll get back to us soon. The same goes for server issues, where you want to play and the developers want you to play.

If the developers agree with my post can be placed at the top and verified credibility, thanks. Because this happens to a lot of players, they're not aware of the developer's response to someone else's post, and they post again and again, which reduces the efficiency of the process,

开发者不会无缘无故删除我们的物品,请各位不要着急不要谩骂,这对问题没有任何帮助。我本人也是遇到了这种情况,已经写了邮件给开发者目前在等待回复中。刚处理完服务器问题,我相信他们很快就会给我们答复。服务器问题也是一样的,你想玩开发者也想让你们玩。

如果开发者认可我的帖子可以置顶,并确认可信度,谢谢。因为很多玩家遇到了这种情况,他们并不知情开发者在别人帖子下的回复,于是重复发帖,这大大降低了处理的效率,

回复2:My apologies for the imprecise wording, I don't speak Chinese. I meant that it was a visual bug in the sense that everyone experiencing this bug has not lost anything. What you and others are seeing are a cached past version of your account that's saved from prior to the server issues.
