Make sure, EVERYTIME the game receive an update, download the new R18 patch.
The installation method is pretty easy and you can find it inside the R18 patch folder.

Just throwing this out there: If you played any of the demo/trial versions, make sure to delete your old save games. Found in C:>users>(username)>Appdata>local>SoD2

Trying to load a trial version save with the full version can result in bugs.
