Can you accidentally sell the tablet? I got all of them, but somehow lost one of them.

I'm pretty sure I took the first tablet to the Trader and he said for me to hold onto it, but I never got it back from him.

No, once you've given it to him, he says he'll hold unto it until you have all of the other pieces.

I also had the same issue, Went back to the spot where I found it and I cant get it again.

No he said he would hold onto them while you find the rest...

Yup, same here on Xbox version; hull damage *magically* only hit that one spot in a largely empty hold, that contained the stone tablet. Now I can't show it to the trader and can't find it again :( Is the quest broken completely??

Yes. You need all four pieces to form a complete tablet to unlock the reward.

oh thank god (for my OCD at least, haha) exiting and loading again, I found all three runes in various gold dredge spots back in the same area. Phew!

That must be a bug. I dredged up a Tablet, hit a wall on the way out and lost it, and it was right back where I got it from instantly.

I was *just* coming to updat, but yep! The missing rune respawned!
