By chance do you know what the map coordinates for that are? I've been marking down every place I've seen a goblin shark spawn more than once on my in-game map.
There's this good one for finding all aberrations, which therefore includes information on how to find "regular" goblin sharks: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2956364322
Appreciated but unfortunately the spots they mentioned are all ones I've made part of my hunting route (and usually there's nothing there). Normally I do go to guides first, but haven't had luck so figured I might as well shout out to the discussion void and see if anyone had a vital clue.
Oops. Just checked on the map. It is on the west side of G -3

Or... you can always use Atrophy.
Yeah, and if you can't find a currently populated goblin shark spot to atrophy, go to approximately where one might be, and try dropping mixed bait then using atrophy. (that's how I got the aberrant moonfish)
Atrophy ended up working. Honestly I hadn't played the game since getting the platinum when it came out, so I forgot some of the final details. Convenient stumbled into my first aberration colossal squid immediately afterwards, so that's the DLC wrapped up!
