Nothing I know of manipulates the RNG in a way usable by humans. Aria has a broken Luck stat so the only way to raise your soul drop chances is to have the Soul Eater Ring, and be playing on Hard Mode. Otherwise you're gonna need to find a good place to farm the enemy you're trying to get the soul for.
Will that fix the awful odds? LOL NO
The only one I've heard of having a broken luck stat is Dawn of Sorrow.
I recently learned this when examining some randomizer speedruns, and patches exist to fix it as well and I noticed a proper improvement. I was getting drops and souls at a reasonable pace instead of rare occurrences. (turns out it suffers from the same issue as Dawn, you need thousands of points to even influence it which is impossible)
Good thing the Randomizer for it does make Luck work I believe.
Speedrunners have a way of manipulating Creaking Skull to drop its soul on first encounter.
There likely exists other methods for Manticore or other enemies too, however I don't know if they have been discovered yet.
