Out of ten million players they all only have 200 cars each.

Devs need to stop patting themselves on the back. IGN might think FH5 was a hit, but it's the fans who really know what's up and they tell a different story. The only stuff that works are the core gameplay elements, which were already there. Everything they've added on top of the basic driving mechanics and pretty engine is broken, unintuitive and boring. The voice acting is terrible, the stories are dull and repetitive, the playground junk is hated by so many players and yet they're pretty much forced to participate due to FOMO and the game is littered with bugs that shouldn't exist because most of the stuff in FH5 was in FH4.

It's still a good game, but only because the previous games were good. It's saved entirely by the driving and the car selection; everything else is weak, including the so-called AI. Looking forward to seeing a Horizon reboot built from scratch.

The problem is that there's no competition at all in this genre. Playground has no reasons to improve anything because there are no alternatives.

alright now i don't mean to be that ignorant person in the comments but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ give this game a break you guys are making the game out to be like 3x worse than it really is, yeah i've seen some bugs especially with the multiplayer aspect of the game but literally 0 of them ruined the gameplay experience except for the memory leak issue which i fixed by turning environmental quality down a little which seemed to stop the leak altogether now since i can pretty much open whatever I want in the background now as opposed to only being able to have forza open

this and GTA re-release and Security breach had bad launch and rough launch but atleast this and Security breach I had good and funny moments, I didn't think I would return to Forza after playing FM4, Horizon, Horizon 2 F&F but got Horizon 4 and 5 later, I played GT 3 to 6 but they would never go to PC so this is next best thing to get

You forgot the part with "thausends of players still can't play the game". I bought the game for 100 quit and the game crashes every mission or ever 10 to 15 minutes.

you kinda forget that there way to many PC builds and software that makes it harder for any devs to pin and fix vs console but that is another story, back in the day there wasn't that many parts and devs waited as much as possible to iron out the bugs vs today

Wooo let's celebrate the busted game that was released too soon before bugs were ironed out!!!!

No, we are not lol. Even people used to broken games (these days its a plague) reached their limits with FH5. If you are going to give this game a "break", when it is horrendous.. you have a really huge problem.

Take my clown award you have ruined your reputation with this launch and I love how you run the forums locking threads that don't fit your nothing to see here PR stunts. If anyone deserves a raise or time off it's your pr team which tricked everyone into an unfinished game this game feels abandoned and broken get that live service crap out of here it's called unfinished. T10ManteoMax keeps it up he's going to have a lawsuit on his hands also.
