Can you please try talking to Fiola some more and upgrading her building to levels 2 and 3? Also make sure you have defeated the pirate camps in Desert Dunes, Froglet Grove, and Sunless Horn.

After trying/checking those 3 things, please hop back here and let me know if the issue was solved!

Hi. I am having the same issue. I have all the pirate areas clear, everything is done on the map, I have Fiola shop upgraded to the latest level and I can't find this bottle. Never heard of it. I tried to talk to her for 20-30 times and she never mentioned this quest. 😔

you get this quest from the frogguy after collecting all pieces from the earthen castle (the 4 pieces for thi green stone thingi). after you build that thing pirates attack you and stole it from you and put you down on a cave and there are mr frog boy and say you need this bootle and then you have to build it with glas with the golem, then paint it with the painter and build a dragonballon to collect the wind. taaadaaa wind bottle

Have you already put the Earthlock back together?

If you haven't, complete that quest first and talk to me - Frogboy, he will give you the Bottle O' Wind quest! Then you'll need help from C.A.T. to craft the bottle, from Fiola to paint it with a wind rune, and from Milas to store some wind inside it.

Hi! Thank you both for your answers. I tried what raegnarok suggested and I went to talk with Frogboy. Unfortunately he don't give me any quest, and just talk randomly. The quest that is going on for me is "repair amri's forge" (I'm playing in french I'm not sure what is the exact quest in English). I don't have any quest or point on the map and I'm not really sure what I should do.

I think there might be an issue with itw on the map it's showing "build the frog house ". The frog house is already built and there is no other "frog house" under construction.

Oh I see what's happening now. Can you please go back to the Sanctuary (the place under the big tree on the map) and interact with the Amri Forge? You can find it by turning right after entering the Sanctuary.

There, you'll need the help of your companions to restore it! Command your Axepcker to clear the vines, your Longhorn to headbutt the button, and your Otterlot to dive into the node (to the left of the button your Longhorn should press). Then, the quest should progress as intended!

Can you please try doing that, tadpole?

Hey,
So I'm having a different but similar issue. She lives at the shop now, and I have to bottle but she says she can't paint without a clear head, because her sister has animals in cages. I go to the 4th pirate camp to clear it, as it's the only one still active and only place with a caged critter, but the captain doesn't show up and I can't shoot the mast poles down.

Not sure if this has been solved, but I had the same Fiola issue. I went to bed and when I talked to her the next day, I was able to get the new prompts. 👍

I have the same bug. Neither going to bed nor quitting to the main menu and reloading solved the issue :(

Almost a year later and no fix to this dan bug? Fiola is there for me, all pirates cleared, CAT made the bottle, all houses occupied and upgraded, but Fiola won't paint the damn bottle, just does into her usual random dialog. Going to give this a neg feedback, get your crap together.

Also having the issue with Bottle of Wind Quest:
Find the painter quest will not update despite Fiola being in the Studio.
Fiola repeats the same dialogue - It's a Beautiful place......

Even though, the studio is fully upgraded, done the 4 Pirate bases. Have tried napping, save and quit out of game and reload save. Just cant seem to go any further.
